ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition to call for the records pending on the file of the learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Villupuram, Villupuram District in S.C.No.314 of 2017 and quash the Criminal proceeding.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 29.09.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence the matter was posted on 05.10.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 05.10.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioners and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.10.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
