(c) directing the defendants to pay the costs of the suit to the plaintiffs.

J U D G M E N T

The matter was referred to Mediation at the instance of the parties and the Mediation Centre has filed a report stating that the matter has been settled and the parties have also executed a deed of partition dated 29.03.2016 and the same has been registered as Document No.393/2016 at the Office of Sub-Registrar, Sowcarpet.

In view of the amicable settlement of the suit arrived at between the parties and by recording the above settlement, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
