The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main suit itself in OS.No.107 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri has already been disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for adjudication. 3.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
