Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No.10804/SN 4-2/2019-2, dated 06.11.2019, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to accommodate the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer or any other job based educational qualification within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
