When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.07.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner took two weeks time for taking steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. Till today, he has not taken any steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
