PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to set aside the order in I.A.No.9 of 2023 in A.S.No.45 of 2015 dated 11.03.2024 on the file Fast Track Mahila Court, at Namakkal.

ORDER

Though the Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.9 of 2023 in A.S.No.45 of 2018 which is an application filed for a stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.105 of 2010 pending disposal of the first appeal, considering the fact that the first appeal itself is posted for arguments in the year 2019, direction is issued to the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, at Namakkal, to dispose of the first appeal on or before 30.04.2025.

2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.03.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order ep To The Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal.
