Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 439 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition " the first petitioner shall stay at Ramnad and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 Police Station, Ramnad daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 P.M for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30267 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter report at 10.30 a.m. daily until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.30267 of 2019 on 18.11.2019, is complied with regularly by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the case has been taken on file in S.C.No.121 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Ariyalur, and the next hearing is posted on 07.08.2020 for witness.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30267 of 2019 on 18.11.2019 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
