This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16260 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15264 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.15(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15264 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16260 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15264 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is relaxed.
