ORDER

When this Court was about to dismiss this writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has to take recourse to the Labour Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate forum. An endorsement to this effect has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate forum. No costs.
