PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order in file No.CIC/KY/A/2015/901274 dated 7-03-2016 on the file of the second respondent confirming order dated 14.08.2015 on file of the third respondent in proceedings No.F.No.20/RTI/AM16/CHE/51 and the order dated 07-082015 on the file of the fourth respondent in proceedings
No.F.No.20/RTI/AM16/CHE/43 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to furnish the information relating to filled up form in respect of Part I and Part II ANF 2A alone by the fifth respondent herein under the Right to Information Act.

ORDER
The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the nonfurnishing of the copy of ANF2A Application, dated 07.02.2011; copy of the Part-C and Part-D application, dated 07.02.2011; and copy of the certificate of IEC, dated 14.02.2011, which he had sought for under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 had produced a typed set of papers containing the copies of ANF2A Application, dated 07.02.2011, Part-C and Part-D application, dated 07.02.2011 and the certificate of IEC, dated 14.02.2011, the copies of which have been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
3. It is needless to point out that the aforesaid copies produced before this Court as well as served on the learned counsel for the petitioner are certified copies of the original and therefore, they are deemed to be certified copies issued by the respondents 1 to 4. Hence, self-attestation of these copies by the petitioner would suffice to treat these copies as authenticated and true copies.
4. In view of the furnishing of these copies, the petitioner's grievance has been considerably met and consequently, no further effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
