ORDER

There is no representation for the revision petitioner continuously for two consecutive hearings, despite the matter listed under the caption "for dismissal".

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the concurrent findings of the Courts below holding the accused guilty of issuing the cheque for Rs.10,00,000/-, but not arranged to honour the said cheque. 3.

The reasoning given by the Courts below and in the grounds of revision questioning the reasons, this Court finds that Ex.D1 to Ex.D3 are not relevant to the case and it does not probabilise the defence raised by the accused. The Courts below have rightly held the revision petitioner guilty and convicted.

In the absence of perversity or legality in the order 2/4

challenged, the revision petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
