Writ Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to relieve the petitioner from the post of Noon Meal Organiser, Government High School, Durgainambiyanthal, Thurinjapuram Block and permit him to join duty at the Panchayat Union Primary School, Inamkariyanthal, Thurinjapuram Block as per the order of transfer issued by the first respondent in and by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2710/2019/SaUThi dated 20.02.2020 within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.
