PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the IX Small Cause Court, Chennai to hear the appellant and to pass appropriate orders in M.P.No.264 of 2018 in R.C.A.No.316 pending on the file of the IX Small Cause Court, Chennai within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to direct the IX Small Cause Court, Chennai to pass appropriate orders in M.P.No.264 of

2018 in R.C.A.No.316, pending on the file of the IX Small Cause Court, Chennai, within the stipulated time.

2. The reason cited by the Appellate Court in not taking up the case for enquiry is that it has not received the records from the trial Court.

3. Hence, the Registry of the IX Small Causes Court, Chennai is called upon to make necessary arrangements to receive the records from the trial Court and pass appropriate orders in M.P.No.264 of 2018 in R.C.A.No.316 of 2018 and dispose of the same, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.01.2019 Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No mrm/hvk To The IX Small Causes Court, Chennai.
