O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 27/9/2014, passed by the second respondent, in Ref.No.002/DCRS/B4/CENTAC Cert./2014.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by birth, the nativity of the petitioner is Pondicherry. As per the merit list, she was allotted M.B.B.S seat under Most Backward Class quota. To her shock and surprise, she was asked to leave the institution stating that her allotment and Resident Certificate granted to her stood cancelled. According to her, nativity certificate and resident certificate are different.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise all his legal ground, particularly, in a criminal case which is pending against her. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate his case before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
