This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Madurai everyday at 10.30 a.m. apart from the Court hearing dates of S.C.No.274 of 2008 in which trial is ongoing at the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai. This condition shall continue till completion of the trial in S.C.No.274 of 2008 in Crl.M.P.No.3545 of in Crl.O.P.No.3461 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates regularly.
