C.M.P.No.8902 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 130 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 12th respondent namely Veerayi in C.M.P.No.13296 of 2017 in S.A.SR.No.53965 of 2017. 2.C.M.P.No.8907 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 12th respondent in C.M.P.No.13296 of 2017 in S.A.SR.No.53965 of 2017.
