COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that respondent in CRP.No.1549 of 202 filed a claim petition that he is a tenant of the property and the respondents 1 and 2 in CRP.No.1547 of 2022 filed another claim petition stating that they are the tenants of the same property. The respondents are none other than the family members and only in order to drag the proceedings, they filed the above said petitions. The learned counsel would further submit that the above civil revision petitions are filed to strike off the claim petitions filed before the trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would contend that already the main I.As were heard by learned trial Judge and the same was posted for orders.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that at this stage it is appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the main petitions in E.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
