This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28401 of 2024 on 11.01.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months.
