Heard learned counsel for the petitioner (TNSTC (Coimbatore) Ltd.). 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that due to administrative reasons - such as for getting opinion from the Panel Advocate, placing the matter before the Appeal Committee for getting approval, a delay of 2669 days occurred in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.It is a case of fatal and the award was passed on 04.07.2018. After a period of 2669 days delay, this petition has been taken out. This Court is of the view that the reasons assigned by the petitioner cannot be taken as sufficient cause to condone the delay.
4.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed accordingly. Consequently, C.M.A.SR.No.40407 of 2026 stands rejected at SR stage itself. 06-04-2026 kas To.
