PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the orders in (1) Pro.Na.Ka.No.06120/C2/E1/2016 dated 22.01.2016 of the third respondent and (2) Pro.Na.Ka.No.561 dated 3.6.2016 of the fifth respondent (3) Pro.Na.Ka.No.1643//B5/2016 dated 1.8.2016 of the fourth Respondent and (4) Pro.Na.Ka.No.14812/E1/2016 dated 2.8.2016 of the seventh respondent, to quash the order dated 22.01.2016 of the third respondent to the limited extent of applicability of the same to the Panel as on 1.1.2016 for promotion and quash the consequential orders dated 3.6.2016, 1.8.2016 and 2.8.2016 in their entirety and to issue consequential directions to include my name in the panel as on 1.1.2016 for promotion as Graduate Teacher (English) in R.K.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to that effect dated 25.12.2022.
