Challenging the letter of the first respondent, dated 23/3/2015, wherein, the intimation was given to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, to cancel the admission of the writ petitioner, on the ground of production of fake residence certificates, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition.

2. Heard Mr.V.P.Chamuraj, learned counsel for Mrs.V.Usha, Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) for the respondents. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the interim order granted to the writ petitioner, the petitioner has completed the course and hence the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
