By Order dated 04.08.2016, this Court directed the learned II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, to dispose of E.A.No.9 of 2013 in E.P.No.185 of 2000 in OS.No.460 of 1982 on merits within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Now the learned II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, has requested this Court to grant further time to dispose of the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition as directed by this Court. As requested by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, time is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose the said suit.
