ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 23.03.2015 on the file of the respondent and quash the same and grant leave to the husband of the petitioner R.Kathiresan Son of Rama Gounder, Prison Convict 7119 lodged in Central Prison, Cuddalore.
2. The impugned order stating that the said Convict husband of the petitioner was not eligible for leave, was issued in the year 2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of efflux of time, the husband of the petitioner may not be a Convict as of now. Be that as it may, the relief sought for lost its relevance on account of efflux of time and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
no further consideration needs to be deliberated. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
