(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21883 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020 has not been complied with.

Cont. P.No.574 of 2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order passed by this Court has been stayed by the Apex Court and the petitioner has been informed that it is the State Highways, which committed contempt.

3.Considering the said submission, we cannot haul the respondent before us for contempt for more than one reason. The order of the Division Bench has been stayed and the alleged contempt is said to have been committed by the different authority. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
