O R D E R

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the respondent is a senior citizen and he claimed retirement cum Gratuity from the plaintiff company and his claim is a bonafide one. It is further submitted that inspite of repeated requisitions, the respondent's claim is not considered by the plaintiff, if any of his claim and request is harsh and defamatory, he tender his unconditional apology. She has also filed an affidavit of the respondent to that effect.

2. In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the affidavit of the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
