This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19626 of 2023 vide order dated 04.09.2023 as the petitioner shall give specified local sureties instead of two respectable and acceptable sureties.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two specified local sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. It is made clear that all other conditions remain unaltered.
