The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 1960, to set aside the fair and final order dated 08.01.2016 made in R.C.A.No.8/2013 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Coimbatore, which confirmed fair and final order dated 17.04.2013 made in R.C.O.P.No.181/2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the judgment and decree passed in R.C.A.No.8 of 2013 dated 08.01.2016 on the file of the learned learned Principal Sub Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the fair and final order passed in R.C.O.P.No.181 of 2010 dated 17.04.2013 on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settlement between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
