This revision petitioner herein is the husband of the respondent, and he has laid F.C.O.P.No.168 of 2010 for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that for the last one year, the respondent has not appeared before the Family Court, and the learned trial Judge is far too generous in granting adjournments. 3 The learned trial Judge is now required to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.168 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible preferably by December 2022. The learned trial Judge is also required not to be over indulgent to let the party to skip the time line procedurally prescribed.
