Comp.A.No.268 of 2023 in C.P.No.73 of 2000 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1268 days in filing the claim affidavit in Form No.66, before the respondent.

2.The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4.Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
