Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2020 and also to direct the 3rd Respondent to mutate the petitioner's name in the revenue records without delay and to pass necessary orders within time frame limit.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2020 and to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and the same has been recognized by the competent civil court by the Judgment and Decree passed in C.S.No.122/2014. The further case of the petitioner is that this decree has also been registered before the fourth respondent on 16.03.2018. The petitioner had submitted an application to the third respondent to mutate his name in the revenue records on 21.08.2019. Since the same has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.C.V.Kumar. learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 as well as Mr.Thamizharasan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent.
4. Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.05.2020 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petitioner is directed to make fresh representation to the third respondent along with the copy of the earlier representation dated 26.05.2020 and a copy of this order.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
