This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2020 registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 120B, 420 of IPC.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur on 12.02.2025 and the same has not yet been taken on file.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
