ORDER

This application has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondent, its men, agents, servants, or anyone claiming through or under it from in any manner evicting or interfering with the peaceful possession and business operations of the Applicant in Unit No.FC KIT 8, Food court, Third Floor, Nexus Vijaya Mall, Vadapalani, Chennai 26.

2. Heard both sides.

3. An undertaking affidavit has been filed by the applicant, indicating that he would vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the schedule premises to the respondent on 31.08.2026.

4. The learned counsel appearing on the side of the respondent would also acceding to the undertaking given by the applicant.

5. Recording the said undertaking, this application stands closed. No costs.
