By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be organizer of temple festival of Arulmigu Mariamman Temple situated at Velampatti Village, Pennagram Taluk, Dharmapuri District and he submitted an application dated 20.06.2015 to the second respondent praying for permission to conduct cultural programme which includes song and dance programme to be held on 24.06.2015 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Sakkarapani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 20.06.2015 in accordance with law on or before 24.06.2015 and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
