The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner herein is the mother of the history sheeter, who has involved in 13 cases. Since his whereabouts are not known to the police has enquired the petitioner. However, alleging that the respondent police is harassing her, the present petition is filed.

2. On hearing the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, since there is no element of harassment by the police in this case. Vv 03.04.2024 2/4
