5.Smt.N.Jayasudha 6.K.Natarajan ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to demolish the illegal and unauthorised superstructure of the 5th and 6th Respondents at Site No.1, Muthu Nagar, Uppilipalayam Village, Masakkalipalayam, Coimbatore 641 015 and to take action to prevent the 5th and 6th respondents from illegally running a catering establishment at the aforesaid premises in the name and style of "Udayam Mess" and "Kumaran Catering Centre" without adhering to any safety norms, endangering public safety by installing an LPG gas bank on the public road and causing air and noise pollution.
