Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2020. For Petitioner .. No appearance in all WPs For R1 to R3 .. Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER All these writ petitions have been listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. A memo had been filed by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st to 3rd respondents which as follows:

"I respectfully submit that the petitioners have filed the above writ petitions praying to consider their representation dated 10.06.2020 for issuing trade license for the shops operated by them. Further on inspection it was noted that all the shops of the petitioners have been vacated and there is no pending application for issuance of trade license. It is therefore respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court

to be pleased to dismiss the above writ petitions as infructuous and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.It is thus seen that the issues raised in all the writ petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, all these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
