This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner as modified in the order dated 15.12.2022 in Crl.MP.No.19047 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as modified in the order dated 15.12.2022 as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
