Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.J.Sudhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents that the money due to the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent payable by the petitioner was already paid by the third parties.

3. In view of the payment of money due by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent by the third parties, the auction cannot be proceeded with against the petitioner and all the proceedings against the petitioner are liable to be set aside.

4. In view of the above, recording the above submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the auction notice dated 25.04.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent is set aside. It is made clear that all the proceedings initiated against the petitioner are set aside. The writ petition is ordered on the above terms. No costs.
