(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that statements are said to have been made before the second respondent, we are not inclined to entertain the Public Interest Litigation, but would expect the second respondent to make a proper enquiry into the complaint made, and if the allegations are found correct, proceed in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The matter may also be looked into by the first respondent, as the petitioner alleges that the bunk shop is functioning without any license.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
