(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents. 2.As seen from the Status-report of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mailam Police Station, Villupuram District, it comes to

be known that the accused-Manikandan, Arul Murugan and Ramakrishnan (detenu herein/husband of the Petitioner herein) were arrested by the Inspector of police, Mailam Police Station, on 26.4.2018 and statements were recorded in the presence of witnesses (1)Manikandan, Village Administrative Officer, Kutteripattu Village and 2)Murugan, Mailam Village and based on the confession of the accused, a sum of Rs.11,98,000/- was recovered from the detenu/accused-Ramakrishnan. In short, the version of the Respondents is that the Detenu-Ramakrishnan (accused) was produced before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam and he was remanded to judicial custody. 3.In view of the fact that the Detenu (Petitioner's husband) was remanded to judicial custody by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, in Crime No.

122 of 2018, Mylam Police Station, Mylam, in respect of offences under Sections 419, 420, 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.Recording the aforesaid fact, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary.
