This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent Police to register an F.I.R., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
