This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17300 of in Crl.O.P.No.23626 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17300 of in Crl.O.P.No.23626 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
