ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. in Crime No.703 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the Police have completed the investigation in Crime No.703 of 2014 and final report has been filed on 26.12.2014 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 354, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.

5. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, is directed to pass orders in accordance with law on the final report filed by the Police.
