ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by Mrs.M.Sithiya seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to appoint her as a Stitching Teacher by considering her representation dated 23.3.2015 within a reasonable time.
2. The said prayer cannot be considered at this belated stage, for the reason that it is her own case that after completing the course in Needle Work Dress Making and Embroidery, she attended the interview on receipt of the interview letter dated 29.12.2011 issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.591/A2/2011. After appearing before the respondent on 3.1.2012, it appears that the petitioner was not selected. While so, it is not known why the petitioner has kept quiet for almost three years. No where in the affidavit the petitioner has mentioned that there was any representation given to follow up the matter. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
entertain the writ petition, on the ground of delay. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
