Prayer : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent contained in its order bearing G.O.(Per)No.90, Tourism, Culture and Endowments (Aani4-2) Department dated 19.05.2020 and all proceedings in furtherance thereof, including the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent bearing V.No.1/2020/R3 dated 01.06.2020 and to quash the same as arbitrary, unjust and illegal. Pleader (HR & CE) for Respondents 1 & 2 Mr.L.P.Maurya for Respondent-3 COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Through these petitions, what is under challenge is an order made on 01.06.2020 by first respondent, subsequent proceedings drawn by the local authority and further proceedings drawn by other respondent pursuant to impugned order towards

establishment of a bus stand.

2. When the cases are taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, upon instruction, would submit that now the Government has decided not to allot the land in question to the local body for construction of bus stand and the G.O. impugned in these petitions would eventually be withdrawn by the department.

3. Placing on record the aforesaid statement, these petitions are rendered infructuous and accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are closed.
