Challenging the order passed in E.P.No.83 of 2011 in O.S.No.22 of 2008 on the file of Sub Court, Panruti, the Judgment Debtor has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/decree holder submitted that the respondent had taken possession of the property and the Execution Petition in E.P.No.83 of 2011 was also closed by the Executing Court. Further, the learned counsel submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition.

In view of the submissions, made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
