This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 305 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit for the condonation of delay, the delay is condoned, however on condition to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai, within a period of one week from today. If the cost is paid on or before 28.06.2023 and the affidavit of service is filed, this petition stands allowed and the registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is otherwise in order. If the cost is not paid and the affidavit of service is not filed on or before 28.06.2023, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
