] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 696 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order made in Sessions Case No.111 of 2019 dated 09.07.2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Coimbatore.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
