Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of declaration declaring the survey conducted by the third respondent on 21.07.2016 and fixing of boundaries as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the fence erected by the respondents herein on 21.07.2016 and also direct the first respondent herein to provide a copy of the order passed by him in pursuance of the enquiry conducted by him on 11.07.2016. boundary stones, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to the said factum.
