Prayer: This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to relocate the existing electricity poles and lines from the petitioner's land in S.F.No.207/1, Boothimadaipudur village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk to the road margin as per the estimate sanction approval order in Memo No.3594 EE/O&M/Gobi/TA-1/FDCW/Prop.No.009/16-17 dated 04.06.2016 issued by the second respondent.

ORDER
